Only one computer can connect to Terminal Services

I'm using Terminal Services. Only one computer can connect -- all others are not connected to Terminal Services. The terminal service machine generates an error: "terminal service licensing dll file missing." What do I do?

I'm not quite sure from your note whether you want all the users to be able to connect or only one, and whether this problem just began, but I'd try reinstalling the licensing service. Back it up first.
