Licensing for Win2k Terminal Server with Win2k and XP workstations

I am quite confused about the licensing for Windows 2000 Terminal Server. Assuming I have all Windows 2000 and Windows XP workstations and Windows 2000 Server, what licenses do I have to obtain?

If you want a legal opinion about licensing, you need to check with the company doing the licensing. Microsoft has this information on its Web site.
